For T-Mobile Carrier, you can use – T-Mobile Visual Voicemail

Step 1: From Home Screen, tap Phone app.
Step 2: Press and Hold 1 to dial your Voicemail number.
Step 3: Now, just follow the system instructions as given, to setup Visual Voicemail.
Step 4: It will ask you to create a password. It is important, so create one.
Step 5: It will then ask you to record your name announcement. So, record your Name.
Step 6: Next, it will ask you to record your greetings. So, simply Record Your Greetings.
