Fix 1. Exit and Restart The Palworld Game

This is one of the simple and yet effective solutions.

At times, a simple restart of the game can effectively fix any minor problem/glitch that you are encountering.

So, close and restart the Palworld game and check.

Fix 2. Utilize The Palbox

Relocate your Base Pals inside the Palbox within your base.

Their health will get regenerated as long as they are fed and serve to reset their status and make them productive again.

Fix 3. Construct an Alarm Bell

Build an alarm bell using the five Paldium Fragments and 20 Stone.

This structure has the ability to shift the alert status of your Pals work mode and vice versa, potentially fixing the issue of stuck pals.

Fix 4. Deploy Pals To Your Base

  • Make sure that you have deployed the Pals to your base.
  • Open the Palbox and put the Pals you want to work on the base to the bottom section.
  • If they are not deployed, then they will just remain idle and may not perform tasks.

Fix 5. Meet Their Requirements

Pals need to eat and sleep. They will slow down significantly, if their requirements are not met.

So, make sure that your Pals are well-fed and rested to sustain their productivity.

Fix 6. Assign Suitable Tasks

  • Different Pals have different skills.
  • For example, some are good at collecting resources, while others are better at handiwork.
  • So, make sure that you assign suitable task to your Pals as per their skill and abilities.

Fix 7: More Solutions To Fix Pals Not Working/Moving or Attacking

  • Place all your Working/Roaming Pals back into your box at your base.
  • Make your base as simple as possible. For example: 3 bases, 1 for resources like ores n wheats etc, 1 for breeding and handiworks, and 1 to satisfy your urge to make a cool looking base or whatever.
  • Try building an alarm bell I think this will force between attacking and working.
  • If you can ride the pal, mount it and launch a skill, then just drop the Pal to the ground and pick it up. This will fix it as well.
