Solution #1: Restart Your Phone
This is the traditional method to fix any kind of issue on your smartphone, including network problems.

- Press and hold the Power button and select “Restart” option.
Solution #2: Check If You Have 5G Plan
If you are using 5G smartphone, but not able to connect to 5G, then please check with your carrier to see whether you have an active 5G plan and that there is no issue with your account.
If you have not subscribed to 5G plan, then subscribe to one.
Solution #3: Check Your Mobile Network Settings
- On your Samsung A14/A15 5G, go to Settings.
- Tap on Connections and then tap on Mobile networks.
- Tap on Network mode and select your desired mode.

If you are in an area or region where network coverage is not available, then you will face network problem.
Similarly, if you are in an area or region where 5G network is not available, then you will not be able 5G network, even if you have 5G compatible phone such as Samsung A14 5G.
Your phone will get back to LTE or 4G, if 5G is not accessible. You can visit your carrier’s website to check coverage maps to know coverage area or where 5G is available.
Solution #5: Enable and Disable Airplane Mode
This is another simple trick when you encounter network problem on your Samsung Galaxy A14/A14 5G.
Just enable and then disable Airplane Mode.
- Swipe down from top to bottom on your phone to bring up notification panel and then tap on Airplane icon to enable it.
- Wait for a few seconds and then again tap on Airplane icon to disable it.
Doing this will temporarily disconnect the connection from the cell tower and again it connects to the cell tower.
Solution #6: Check SIM Card Slot
Samsung A14 support 4G dual SIM and Samsung A14 5G support 5G sim card.
So, check your SIM card is inserted correctly and on A14 5G, make sure you have inserted the SIM in the correct 5G supported card slot.
Let me tell you that phone’s 1st SIM slot is more powerful than the second slot.
So, in Samsung A14 5G, you should insert the SIM card in the first sim slot.

Solution #7: Software Update

The 5G network consumes more battery power than other network types. And, if you have enabled power saving mode on your phone, then it might connect to 5G network.
In such a situation, you should turn off power saving mode.
- On your phone go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > toggle the button to the OFF position, next to “Power Saving”.

Solution #10: Factory Reset Your Phone
If still you are encountering with mobile network not working on Samsung A14 or A14 5G, then it is time to factory reset your phone.
It will reset your device and bring it back to its default state. Please, backup your device data to some other safe place as it will delete all data from the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset > Reset > Delete All.
